Well that was nothing short of a fabulous novel. Full of twists and turns this had me on the edge of my seat trying to work out who did it right up till the end, for once it was a novel that I had little idea before the conclusion was told. I think the best way of starting this post is to say that it is all just my opinion and based on my experiences. MY mental health has gone up and down a lot in the past few years, but lately I have found that its controlled a lot more often due to me learning how to manage it. I’ve found what my main triggers are, as well as the best ways for me to calm back down if my MH does heighten; and one of these ways of keeping it under control is through consistency in my home.
